CLASS BOOKING POLICIES
Classes can be booked online, in person and over the phone
Reservations open 6 days before the class
3 weekly classes are included with your Ganges Fitness memberships
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time, spaces that are not filled will be offered to waitlisted members.
Waitlisted members will be offered spots by email as they become available and on a first come first serve basis, 5 minutes before the start of the class.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Indoor cycling classes combine cardio, endurance in a fun and challenging class. Great for cardiovascular gains and muscle toning!

Gentle Yoga with Cindy. Relax, Stretch and Strengthen in this one hour chill yoga class.

This class will focus on increasing flexibility and core strength through a series of exercises that will both energize and relax your body. Weather your goal is to be able reach for the floor with more ease, or get into the splits, this class will help you get there!

Join Adrienne for 45 minutes of exercises focused on strengthening your glutes!

This full body workout is sure to get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energized! Strength mixed with Cardio/Plyometrics.
Modifications for all levels.

Fit Fusion with Amy Haysom:
Come get your "fusion" on, where yoga meets cardio, pilates, core training and more! A total body conditioning class with intermittent cardio bursts and body weight exercises, using props and yoga pose foundations. This is a high energy fusion class, with modifications available, finishing with low impact core work on the mat.

Come and get comfortable in our weight room with Mysha. This class is held once a month, after hours! The weight room will be reserved just for members attending this class.

Functional Strength Training
Functional Strength: Improve functional movements and enhance your overall fitness through exercises that engage multiple muscle groups and improve balance and coordination. Resistance exercises, body weight movements, and weight training can help you become stronger, more flexible, and less injury-prone. Modifications available for everyone.Kickboxing

Kickboxing: This program blends a challenging, fun workout with technical Kickboxing development in fast-paced classes that emphasize kicking and punching combinations with partners on pads. A fantastic outlet to reduce stress surrounded by a positive community. All levels are welcome
